Welcome and thank you for joining me in a special Crazy Crafters team blog hop.
We are hopping with a special guest - The inspiring seasoned Stampin' Up! Demonstrator (of 20 years... OMG! ) Lisa Curcio from the United States.
The theme of this blog hop was to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) one of Lisa's cards.
Here is the card of Lisa's that I chose to CASE:
My colour palette was inspired by the latest Inspire. Create Colour Challenge #028
The main product used in my card is the Tropical Chic stamp set and co-ordinating Tropical Thinlits (which are available as a bundle with a 10% discount).
Using sponge daubers I applied 2 colours to each stamp before stamping them on my Whisper White card front (leaves) and Whisper White scraps (flowers).
The leaves are a combination of Crushed Curry and Pear Pizzazz and the flowers are Calypso Coral and Lovely Lipstick. The flowers were cut out using the co-ordinating framelit.
My sentiment comes from the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set and I masked out part of the stamp so I only had the word "celebrate". This has been clear heat embossed on a piece of Sahara Sand cardstock, to match my Sahara Sand card base.
The end of my sentiment piece was finished off using the Triple Banner punch. Using some Mini Dimensionals I raised the centre of the banner, while gluing either end of the banner to my card front.
Hope you like it..... It sure brings a smile to my face :)
