Hello and thanks for stopping by :)
Today I am participating in the Ink & Share Blog Hop, where every month a number of Stampin' Up! demonstrators from around the world hop together to share our creations to help inspire you in your paper crafting journey. My name is Kirsten, and I am from Canberra, Australia. "G'Day" :)
For todays hop and we will be sharing our projects inspired by this months theme: Occasions Catalogue (Favourite Products)
It is hard to narrow down my favourite products from the Occasions Catalogue to only one, as I have a few. The Myths & Magic Suite is one of my favourites, which is sadly retiring at the end of May, and so I have decided to use items from this suite for my card today.
I have used a strip of the Wizard sheet from Myths & Magic Specialty DSP for the main part of my card. Using one of the smaller Layering Square framelits, I cut out 2 of the wizards which have been raised up using mini dimensionals.
Before adhering my DSP to my Dapper Denim card base, I added 2 strips of the Dapper Denim striped Myths & Magic Specialty Washi Tape.
For a little more dimension, I have added a Dapper Denim Glitter Enamel Dot over the top of the Crystal Ball that the older Blue Wizard is holding.
Thanks so much for your support and for visiting me today :)

What a cute way of using the DSP! I love it so much and haven't really cut into it (typical, right?) but I guess I'm going to have to!!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Ginger :) This card was my first cut in to this cute DSP, so I know what you are saying :)

DeleteI've been too busy lovingly stroking my DSP, I guess I need to join that movement Love It Chop It! I really like how you've used the washi at the sided and the little bit of magic in the crystal balls. Sad to see this retire so quickly, my favourite from the catalogue. Karen

DeleteThe little details make this card: the popped up squares, the glittered enamel dot for the wizard, the glittered washi. Great choices in composing this card.
