Hi from Australia!
Welcome to the Stampin' Dreams Blog Hop. This month we will be sharing projects inspired by our Fun with Colouring theme. The full line up below will guide through all the projects.
For my card today I have used the fun Just Add Colour Specialty Designer Series Paper along with my Alcohol Markers (Stampin' Blends / Blendabilities).
The Just Add Colour DSP is as the names says perfect for just adding some colour. This paper lends itself to full colouring or partial colouring - the options are endless with this paper. And there is no stamping required, the images are ready and waiting for you to add your colour.
I selected the cute watering can and flower design for my card which I have coloured using alcohol markers in a variety of colours (I have used retired Blendabilities, as I haven't got myself a set of new Stampin' Blends yet).
The time consuming part of making this card was the colouring, however it was oddly calming :)
Once I'd finished colouring, I adhered my DSP to a Peekaboo Peach cardbase. My sentiment, which is stamped in Peekaboo Peach, comes from the Rose Wonder Stamp Set and is cut out using the co-ordinating label die from the Rose Garden Thinlits.
To finish off my card, I adhered a little Peekaboo Peach Crinkled Seam Binding Ribbon to the back of my sentiment before adding it to my card. Hope you like it :)
Thank you so much for joining us today. We hope you'll join us again next month to see our Easter themed projects.
