Welcome to the Ink it! Stamp it! Blog Hop. This month we will be sharing projects inspired by our Christmas theme. The full line up below will guide you through all the projects and we'd love to hear from you on what your favourite Christmas stamp set is.
One of my current favourites is the Christmas Quilt Bundle and co-ordinating embellishments and designer series papers from the 2017 Holiday Catalogue. So I have created a couple of different cards using the same bundle of products.
Here are my cards:
My cards use the Christmas Quilt photopolymer stamp set and the co-ordinating Quilt Builder framelits dies (which can be purchased as a Bundle at a 10% discount).
Each card also uses sheets from the Quilted Christmas 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper.
My colour schemes are inspired by the colours included in the DSP pack and the Quilted Christmas Cardstock pack. Plus some Crumb Cake for my thread spools. Just like for my last Christmas Quilt card, I have used some shiny silver cardboard from a toothpaste box for my sewing needles.
The Quilt Top Textured Impressions Embossing folder and Quilted Christmas 1/4" Ribbon from this Product Suite also make an appearance on my cards.
There are a couple of products included in my cards that are not part of this product suite and these include the Triple Banner Punch, Stitched Shapes framelits, Mini Treat Bag thinlits, Delicate White Doilies (I've had a pack of these for some time and this was the first time I've used them on a card - not sure why I waited so long, as they are so pretty) and some Solid Bakers Twine (white is still current, but I had to dive into my stash to find some retired Real Red solid twine and some Red & White striped twine).
These were so much fun to make and are each quite different from the others, even though they are all using the same product suite. Hope you like them :)
